If you’ve ever hit a point in lift where you've thought, “Why does my body feel different? Am I going mad? Why is everything suddenly harder?” then you’re not imagining it. Menopause brings hormonal, neurological, and physical changes that affect everything from mood and sleep to muscle, bone density, and motivation.
The problem is that most women were never taught any of this, which is exactly why I created my 35‑page Menopause & Strength Training Guide. When I started to go through Peri-menopause early, I clear, evidence‑based information to figure out what to do next, so I hope that this can help at least one person that needs that support. It should help you to understand what’s happening in your body and how to support it with realistic, doable strength training.
Most of the information online is either fear‑based, oversimplified, or completely ignores the realities of life. I don't know about you but with work, kids, stress, exhaustion, and hormones, I felt overwhelmed and didn't understand that my body wasn't going to respond the way it used to.
Included in the guide:
What actually happens to your hormones
Why symptoms like brain fog, anxiety, and sensory overload appear
How menopause affects muscle, metabolism, and weight
What kind of strength training supports bone density
How to fuel your body without restriction
Example workouts you can start today
How to stay consistent even with low energy
I've written it with my real life experience in mind but using facts and science based evidence to get rid of all of those rubbish Instagram posts that are based on rumours! It’s written for real women with real lives...If you want a clear, supportive roadmap for navigating menopause with strength and confidence, you can download the guide here:
