Online Coaching

The flexible (remote) all rounder

The most important thing about finding a coach is finding a coach that understands you. Find someone that understands your circumstances, your life stage and your needs.

 

That doesn't always mean, a coach you can meet in person for one hour a week... actually what you need is support when you're struggling to stick to the plan and you need help in the moment.

As a coach I work with you to look at what happens both during and outside of your workouts. We may change how you approach weight loss, building strength, or a bit of everything... but with the flexibility to train in your own time but with me in your pocket.

Online Coaching gives you all round support, nutrition goals, a workout programme designed for you, a knowledge base of information around fitness, nutrition, menopause, goal setting and challenging limiting beliefs. 

Includes:

  • A programme to follow designed just for you and your goals 

  • Nutritional targets (supported with tweaks you could make)

  • Daily/regular coaching chats (depending on your needs)

  • Weekly reviews/check ins (and a longer one every 12 weeks)

  • Support with exercise form

  • Coaching to create new but sustainable habits and behaviours

 

underpinned by evidence, menopause knowledge, and honesty

In person

Guiding you to the next level

Some people know that if they don't have the weekly 1 hour slot in the diary that they just won't get it done... others know that they just need some pointers on how to do the exercises.

Whether you are a beginner and just don't know where to start or intermediate and need help with perfecting your form, you will still workout more efficiently even after one 1-2-1 session.

Try in person PT to get specific, in the moment, form tips and I can push you to do things you wouldn't usually attempt on your own, at your pace and in a safe environment. 

 

Depending on your goals, we can tailor your sessions. The more you book, the more value you get, and whilst you can opt for one off sessions, I do recommend buying a block of at least 4 so we can really get to know each other.

Hybrid

The ultimate

Growing in popularity, the hybrid option allows us to tailor our approach to your goals every month, some months you may prefer more regular in person PT, and other months a more hands off approach might work best. 

 

Hybrid offers in person sessions (either PT or coaching) mixed with online/remote support throughout the week to keep you on track.

Pop up programmes

Themed adhoc coaching blocks

Throughout the year I offer various different pop up programmes as an introduction to coaching. 

They're a way to get to know me, my style and the type of things to expect from the coaching experience in a short period of time! 

From lower cost self led activities with a 1-2-1 conversation with me at the end, to dual led 6 week intensive courses where I team up with other coaches to provide a mix of offers.
