Online Coaching

The flexible (remote) all rounder

For ladies that need all round support, to change how they approach weight loss, building strength, or a bit of everything... but need the flexibility to train on their own.

I will use various coaching methods to help you to create new habits, and accountability to ensure consistency.

 

The workout programme will be designed for the fitness level we deem right for you and using the equipment you have available, whether that's for at home workouts or in the gym. 

Includes:

  • A programme to follow designed just for you and your goals 

  • Nutritional targets (supported with tweaks you could make)

  • Daily/regular coaching chats (depending on your needs)

  • Weekly reviews/check ins (and a longer one every 12 weeks)

  • Support with exercise form

  • Coaching to create new but sustainable habits and behaviours

 

underpinned by evidence, menopause knowledge, and honesty

In person

Guiding you to the next level

Do you prefer to meet in person, for extra accountability to get workouts done and push you past any barriers that you may have?

Try in person PT to get specific, in the moment, form tips and I can push you to do things you wouldn't usually attempt on your own, while in a safe environment. 

 

Depending on your goals, we can tailor your sessions. The more you book, the more value you get, and whilst you can opt for one off sessions, I do recommend buying a block of at least 4 so we can really get to know each other.

  • In person Food advice & Recipe ideas

Hybrid

The ultimate

Growing in popularity, the hybrid option allows us to tailor our approach to your goals every month, some months you may prefer more regular in person PT, and other months a more hands off approach might work best. 

 

Hybrid offers in person sessions (either PT or coaching) mixed with online/remote support throughout the week to keep you on track.

Pop up programmes

Themed adhoc coaching blocks

Throughout the year I offer various different pop up programmes as an introduction to coaching. 

They're a way to get to know me, my style and the type of things to expect from the coaching experience in a short period of time! 

From lower cost self led activities with a 1-2-1 conversation with me at the end, to dual led 6 week intensive courses where I team up with other coaches to provide a mix of offers.
