Reset & Supercharge: Helping Women break the “All or Nothing” cycle

Most women I work with don’t struggle because they’re unmotivated, they struggle because life is busy, their energy is unpredictable, and every fitness plan they’ve tried has demanded a level of perfection that simply isn’t realistic.


Reset & Supercharge, is a 6 week programme, that I created with my friend and fellow coach Leanne Land, when we realised that a lot of women just need some support to get started but aren't able to commit to long term coaching.


When we spoke to our last group of ladies about why they joined, they told us that they were fed up of feeling stuck and frustrated, while also confused about why their previous efforts weren’t working. Some felt intimidated by strength training, others were exhausted by their lives juggling work, kids, hormones, illness, and the mental load of being a woman.


But when they joined us in February, something clicked. They tell us that they started to feel supported, understood, and genuinely capable. The flexible structure, realistic expectations, and coaching helped them stay consistent even on the weeks that felt impossible.


They saw strength gains, routines improved, clothes felt looser and their new mindsets meant that they stopped chasing perfection and started building consistency.


By the end, every single woman rated the programme 5/5 and they finally had a plan that worked with their life, not against it because they built it for their lives rather than buying some generic plan from someone they never heard from again.
