It's all happening over at Katie Pitts Coaching!


The last few months have been a whirlwind, in the best possible way. If you’ve been following my journey, you’ll know that Katie Pitts Coaching is all about empowering women to build strength, confidence, and balance in a way that fits real life. And lately, that mission has taken on exciting new layers


From PureGym Courses to CPD Credentials

I’ve been deep in training to teach classes at PureGym, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. There’s something powerful about stepping out of your comfort zone, and using that to then guide others is a privilege I don’t take lightly.


Alongside that, I completed a CPD qualification in bodyweight training, because I know not everyone has access to a gym, and fitness should never be gated by equipment. This training has helped me design workouts that are effective, inclusive, and adaptable to wherever life happens: living rooms, parks, hotel rooms, you name it.


A Little Secret I've Been Keeping…


Behind the scenes, I’ve also been quietly working toward a menopause coaching qualification. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for some time and I've managed to re-invest my profits from the last month into a course to (soon) qualify as a Menopause coach.


Women everywhere are navigating a life stage that’s often under-supported, despite the fact that:


  • Half of women in this age group go through menopause without consulting a medical professional

  • Experiencing hot flushes, night sweats, and other symptoms that impact their home and work life

  • 85% of menopausal women do not access any kind of exercise


These numbers aren’t just statistics, they’re stories. They’re real women trying to stay active, feel good, and reclaim their bodies during a time of massive change. I want to be part of the solution.


By combining Personal Training, Lifestyle Coaching, and now Menopause Coaching, I feel more equipped than ever to support women with empathy, evidence, and practical tools.


Online, In-Person, and Everything In Between


On the business front, things are blooming. I’ve welcomed a few new online clients and have been doing inductions at the gym for in-person coaching.


It’s been amazing to connect with women in both formats, whether we’re chatting through goals on Zoom or sweating it out together on the gym floor.


Each client brings a new perspective, a new challenge, and a new reminder of why I do this work. Coaching isn’t just about reps and macros, it’s about mindset, motivation, and making wellness sustainable.


Finding My Rhythm


I won’t pretend it’s all perfectly balanced. I’m still figuring out how to juggle client work, ongoing training, admin, and, well… life. But I’m loving the process. Building my own business, my own client base, and my own knowledge base feels like the most empowering thing I’ve ever done.


And I’m not stopping here. I’ll keep learning, keep growing, and keep showing up for the women who are ready to reclaim their strength (physically, mentally, and emotionally).
